Sales Representative: A Sales Role in Analytical Sciences

The Opportunity

Setaram is the exclusive distributor for C-Therm, the global leader in Thermal Analysis technology. CTherm is entering a significant growth phase with the success of its thermal conductivity and dilatometry products.  As such, there is a junior sales position available on the business development team.  We are looking for an individual passionate about thermal analysis and keen to work with our clients and partners around the World in providing exceptional service and support.

The Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years previous experience in client/partner relations or sales
  • Possess a natural curiosity and ability to quickly understand technical applications of thermal analysis techniques
  • Professional, articulate and enthusiastic
  • Customer focused and comfortable interacting with new people and cultures
  • Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software, database management and spreadsheet applications
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience with SalesForce would be considered an asset
  • Undergrad in the Sciences
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally at least 60% of the time
  • Can demonstrate a high level of grit, determination and stamina
